Análisis bibliométrico de los costes en el transporte por carretera internacional: situación, tendencias y posibles áreas de investigación futura

El objetivo de esta investigación es una búsqueda y análisis de la literatura científica publicada del sector del transporte de mercancías por carretera internacional, centrado en la gestión económica y la gestión de costes. A partir de Web of Science, se realizó un análisis bibliométrico con la ayuda del software VOSviewer, precisando y analizando las tendencias en las publicaciones identificadas. Como resultado, el presente estudio ofrece un análisis descriptivo de la literatura analizada: número de publicaciones, medios de publicación, autores más influyentes, publicaciones más citadas, temas de investigación más estudiados y producción por países. También se realizó un análisis de co-ocurrencia, análisis de clústeres, análisis de co-citación y análisis de acoplamiento. De manera adicional, se identifican los principales autores, journals, inquietudes, evidencias empíricas y tendencias sobre líneas de investigación (clústers). Hasta donde somos conocedores, nuestro trabajo es la primera revisión en profundidad de la literatura sobre la gestión económica del sector.
