Competencias de emprendimiento para un comportamiento sostenible en las MiPymes de Tamaulipas

El comportamiento sostenible se presenta como un conjunto de acciones dirigidas por una preocupación por el ambiente, la sociedad, y la búsqueda de beneficios económicos; para la generación de dichas conductas en el ámbito empresarial, un conjunto de competencias a nivel individual se presenta con trascendental relevancia. En virtud de lo anterior, el presente estudio tuvo por objeto analizar las competencias de emprendimiento y la determinación de su influencia hacia el desarrollo de un comportamiento sostenible en las MiPymes de Tamaulipas, importante estado mexicano. Para lograr lo anterior, fueron evaluadas tres habilidades: el reconocimiento de la oportunidad, la innovación, y la competencia interpersonal. La investigación se llevó a cabo a través de un análisis cuantitativo transversal, utilizando un modelo de segundo orden apoyado de un método de ecuaciones estructurales basado en mínimos cuadrados parciales para la comprobación de hipótesis. Como resultados, se obtuvo que las competencias de emprendimiento ejercen una influencia positiva y estadísticamente significativa en la generación del comportamiento sostenible, en donde la habilidad que aporta mayor contribución es el reconocimiento de oportunidades.
