Estudio multimodal sobre la gestión decisoria del liderazgo para el bienestar y seguridad organizacional

Resumen


Introducción: A partir del análisis de la discrepancia entre estados emocionales implícitos y la toma de decisiones en líderes de talento humano, bajo los ODS 3 (Meta 3.4.) y ODS 8 (Meta 8.8.), el presente trabajo tuvo por objetivo cuantificar el desacople entre la emoción sentida y la expresada durante la gestión directiva. Metodología: Mediante un diseño neurofisiológico multimodal con 25 individuos, se triangularon conductancia galvánica, expresión facial y prosodia de voz ante diez estímulos. Se empleó el modelo circumplejo valencia-activación y se calculó el Índice de Discrepancia Emocional (IDE) mediante distancia euclídea. Resultados: Se hallaron patrones sistemáticos de desacople intermodal. En el estímulo de salud mental (P1), la fisiología fue negativa (A = -0.180; V = -0.210) frente a una prosodia levemente positiva (V = 0.016). En beneficios salariales (P6), la fisiología indicó abatimiento (A = -0.150; V = -0.170), contrastando con una activación prosódica positiva (A = 0.529; V = 0.165). Conclusiones: Los hallazgos demuestran que la coherencia emocional del liderazgo es cuantificable, permitiendo transitar del "ruido cognitivo" al análisis neuro-empírico. Se introduce una métrica multimodal que integra la calidad intermodal como dimensión analítica esencial para el bienestar y la seguridad organizacional sostenible.
