Brand loyalty and influential factors
The complexity of markets coupled with changes in the behavior of competitors, suppliers and distributors, willing to earn the consumers provision of purchase, shows a complex and competitive scenario wich requires that organizations, as well as attract new customers, retain the current. To retain the client its important to have the knowledge and understanding of Loyalty or Brand Loyalty and the factors that influence their achievement. There for, this study was based on the contributions that different researchers on the subject have made. Based on this documentary, this article pretends to show, first, the basics of brand loyalty, specifically with regard to its definitions, types and stages. The second objective is to identify the determinants of Loyalty and to suggest a simple representation of this one, linking in different levels those conditioning elements.
