Innovación y sostenibilidad en la cadena de suministro hotelera: análisis documental y propuestas para contextos emergentes
Resumen
La industria hotelera enfrenta desafíos crecientes relacionados con la sostenibilidad ambiental, la eficiencia operativa y la adaptación tecnológica. Este artículo presenta un análisis documental y bibliométrico de estudios recientes (2019–2025) sobre innovación y sostenibilidad en la cadena de suministro hotelera, con el objetivo de identificar prácticas efectivas y proponer estrategias aplicables en contextos emergentes. A partir del conjunto de datos exportado desde Scopus (archivo aportado por la usuaria), se destacan tendencias como el uso de tecnologías verdes, la colaboración con proveedores locales, la gestión eficiente de residuos y la digitalización de procesos logísticos. Se propone un marco de acción que integra capacidades dinámicas y microfundamentos estratégicos para fortalecer la competitividad hotelera en entornos con recursos limitados. Los resultados sugieren que la innovación sostenible no solo mejora el desempeño ambiental, sino que también genera valor social y económico, especialmente en regiones en desarrollo.
