Investigación en rendimiento y medicina deportiva: un análisis bibliométrico de la producción científica 2020-2024 en PubMed

Resumen(español) La medicina deportiva y el rendimiento han evolucionado notablemente en los últimos años, sin embargo, se desconoce las tendencias actuales de investigación para estas líneas de las ciencias del deporte. Describir la producción científica en el período 2020-2024 sobre medicina deportiva y rendimiento en PubMed. Investigación de corte longitudinal con enfoque cuantitativo descriptivo y aplicando un diseño no experimental, por ende, se utilizó la base de datos PubMed para la búsqueda de la producción científica en el periodo 2020-2024 sobre medicina deportiva y rendimiento con base en los siguientes descriptores "sport medicine" AND "performance". El Dr. Kamiar Aminian, el Dr. Karim Chamari, y, el Dr. Vincent Gremeaux fueron los 3 autores con mayor producción científica en medicina deportiva y rendimiento en el periodo 2020-2024. Las revistas con mayor producción fueron la revista American journal of physiology: Regulatory, integrative and comparative, la revista Beneficial microbes, y, la revista Biology. Los países con mayor producción correspondieron a Suiza, Inglaterra, Estados Unidos y Alemania. Las palabras clave más utilizadas fueron atletas, deporte, ejercicio, hombre, mujer, lesiones, musculoesquelético, rendimiento deportivo, carrera, fútbol, adolescente, adulto joven, adulto, y rendimiento. De igual forma, las revistas lideres contaban con cuartiles Q1 y Q2 en Scimago Journal & Country Rank.
