China, la ruta de la seda espacial en África y América Latina
Resumen
Desde los conceptos de Poder Estructural (Strange, 1988) e Interdependencia Compleja (Keohane y Nye, 1977), este artículo introduce el término “interdependencia vertical” para analizar cómo la Ruta de la Seda Espacial (RSE) —dimensión orbital de la Iniciativa de la Franja y la Ruta— reconfigura las relaciones de poder en el dominio cósmico. Se examina si esta infraestructura condiciona la autonomía político-tecnológica de los Estados receptores en África y América Latina. Los hallazgos revelan que la intensidad de la interdependencia vertical varía según la capacidad estatal de negociación y la existencia de estrategias nacionales autónomas de desarrollo espacial.
