Abstrac
The fundamental objective of the present work is to propose an andragogical-managerial vision for the transformation of a traditional vertical organization, an organization supported by participation and horizontality, for a greater sense of internal belonging, sociologically and ecologically (sustainability). From the methodological point of view, it deals with documentary research and an exploratory-descriptive-analytic design was applied that aspired to go beyond the mere description and analysis of the phenomena and implied a critical position before the studied fact. The research has three scopes, spectrums, or dimensions: the managerial, the andragogical, and the ecological (as the transverse axis). They converge in a sole “theoretical” enunciation inserted in a paradigmatic context of the complex and attempt to explain a process that should be permanent and continuous. The andragogical-managerial vision formulated seeks to, not only establish the philosophical and epistemological basis of organizations that are more flexible, more participatory and more open to the world, but also the passage or transformation of a state to another organizational realization
