Modelo conceptual de análisis de fallas para edificios basado en WSN, BIM y realidad aumentada móvil
Conceptual model of fault analysis for buildings based in WSN, BIM and mobile augmented reality
Resumen
The integration of telecommunications is the fundamental axis in the trend of modern buildings, since it depends on the monitoring and proper functioning of the various automated systems that comprise it: voice and data infrastructures, sanitary and electrical installations, among others. For the management of these facilities, it is necessary to identify the failures or damages generated to prepare preventive maintenance plans; however, this task is complicated by the complex interaction between the different components of the building. The objective of this research is to develop a model that allows the evaluation and analysis of faults in buildings based on links (WSN - Wireless Sensor Networks), BIM - Building Information Modeling technology and mobile augmented reality as a tool to improve the quality of operations and maintenance. The Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) together with the standardization of the Construction Information Modeling (BIM) creates new opportunities to improve the efficiency in the management of the facilities, sharing building information between different systems. Finally, the results showed that the proposed model is feasible and offers high utility as a tool in maintenance operations for professionals and involved in the construction industry.
